Hi, I’m Monica Stefanescu—your tech-savvy  bilingual Tampa Bay Realtor 🏡 always here to guide you home to Florida Sunny Shores!  I speak English and  Romanian. 

After 35 years in IT as a product manager and agile transformation coach, I made the leap into real estate to guide people home with strategy, clarity and heart.  

I bring those same skills into every transaction - clear communication, attention to detail and calm problem solving. 

I relocated from Chicago to Tampa myself, so I understand the emotions, logistics and questions that come with a big move.
