Hi, I’m Monica Stefanescu—your tech-savvy  bilingual Tampa Bay Realtor 🏡 always here to guide you home to Florida Sunny Shores!  I speak English and  Romanian. 

After 35 years in IT as a program manager and agile transformation coach, I made the leap into real estate to guide people home with strategy, clarity and heart.  

During my corporate career, I managed seven-figure projects, led diverse teams, and mastered the art of communication, negotiation, and problem-solving under pressure — skills I now bring to every real estate transaction.
