From Chicago to Tampa—and Eventually Wesley Chapel

After nearly three decades in Chicago, I relocated to Florida and bought a waterfront townhouse near downtown Tampa.

It was a beautiful home.

But after almost three years, I realized something important: the house wasn't wrong. The life around it wasn't the right fit for me.

I wanted more space, a quieter daily rhythm, newer communities, everyday conveniences nearby, and a stronger sense of community.

That eventually led me to Wesley Chapel, where I chose to make my own home.

The second time around, I didn't just choose a house. I chose the life I wanted the house to support. That experience now shapes the way I help my clients.

A Different Approach to Tampa Bay Real Estate

Before real estate, I spent nearly 30 years in technology, including roles as a Product Manager and Enterprise Agile Coach.

I brought that analytical mindset with me.

I research. I compare. I ask questions. I look for the tradeoffs other people may overlook.
