There’s no shortage of real estate agents in Florida.
You’ve probably already met a few — some who’ll show 5 homes in an hour, send you a list of “hot picks,” and promise to write an offer the same night.
That works for some buyers. But not the ones I work with!

Because I’m not here to rush you — or let you fall in love with the wrong house just because it’s staged well.
I work differently. I take the time to understand your goals, your deal-breakers, and the realities of your financing before we tour a single home.
I’m selective about who I work with — and it’s not because I’m too busy or too picky.
It’s because I know what it takes to win in today’s market — especially when inventory is tight, competition is fierce, and surprises pop up (hello, flood zones and appraisal drama).

I typically work with no more than 4 actively engaged buyers at a time.
That’s not a marketing gimmick — it’s how I ensure that each client gets:
Deep research on every home — not just a quick MLS link
Real feedback on how the home fits your needs and financing
Offer strategy that includes appraisal buffers, closing cost tactics, and backup positioning
Honest advice (even when it means saying, “Let’s walk away”)
I don’t do pressure. And I won’t say “Let’s make an offer!” just because you smiled during a showing.
🚫 If you’re looking for someone who’ll open doors and stay out of the way, you might want someone else.
